06 Sep 2010The Indian market is expected to open positive on the back of strong opening among Asian peers and positive closing in the US and European markets. The Indian market ended a volatile session modestly lower on Friday, weighed by a government report that showed a modest rise in food inflation for the week. Metals and realty stocks saw some profit booking. The Sensex finally ended down 17 points or 0.09% at 18,221 while the Nifty eased 7 points or 0.12%to end at 5479. The Sensex should find supports at 18200 and 18120 and resistances at 18350 and 18450. The Nifty has supports at 5460 and 5440 and resistances at 5510 and 5540.
